I know, who would be stupid enough to try something like this three times? The first time the heating unit melted after being plugged in for about 10 minutes. The second time the tubes inside weren't even connected which we found out after putting water in to flush the system, huge mess. And then the next day, the water heater melted...again. I called customer service and they were very nice so I decided to try again. This time the water heater won't even come on!! called customer service and the very nice woman suggested that it must be user error. When she ascertained that we were using the piece of crap correctly, she said "well you have to understand, you bought one of our lower end models." Are you kidding me!!!
