I put ice cold spring water from my freezer constantly through out the day into the mug. Nothing beats getting an ice cold drink of water at 4:00am from my nightstand. The design is so good that I can take a drink with my head still on my pillow in the dark without it spilling all over my chest. The mug will keep the water very cold for about 15 hours if you don't drink it. The mug is very easy to clean with a bottle brush as the mug comes completely apart with ease. It comes complete with very easy to follow directions also. From a 1-10 scale.......This mug get's an easy "10" in my book and I am a picky person. It is very leak proof as well. I recently bought a 2nd mug for my brother and he raves about his as well.
