After buying Calphalon, Cuisinart and other nonsticks over the years, I have been very disappointed because they really aren't nonstick and don't hold up well. This pan is amazing! I use it for omelets, vegetable sautes, meat sautes and general stovetop uses. It is lighter weight than most cooktop pans, but it is wide with slightly sloped sides so I can get a lot in it. And things saute to a nice brown with minimal fat- a winner in my opinion! I sure hope Tfal makes this product available again! |
